Healthcare staffing and recruitment
We staff clinical teams without wasting anyone's time.
PNG Solutions places travel nurses, per diem nurses and allied health professionals with hospitals, surgery centers and long term care facilities across the United States. One recruiter per clinician, from first call to last shift.
Atlanta, Georgia. Placing nationwide. Call 470 713 0689, Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM Eastern.
What we do
Four ways we staff a unit
From a single weekend shift to a permanent nurse manager. Same credentialling standard on all of it.
Travel nurse staffing
For RNs and for facilities covering vacancy or seasonal census
Assignments from 8 to 26 weeks in med-surg, ICU, ER, telemetry, OR, labor and delivery, and NICU. We quote the weekly gross, break the stipend out from the taxable rate, and put the float policy and cancellation terms in writing before anyone signs.
Travel nurse staffingPer diem and local contract
For nurses who want to stay home and facilities covering call-outs
Single shifts, block bookings, or a local 13 week contract without relocating. This is how staff nurses top up an income and how managers cover sick calls, census spikes and the stretch between Thanksgiving and New Year without mandating overtime.
Per diem and local contractAllied health staffing
Therapy, imaging, laboratory, respiratory and surgical services
Respiratory therapists, surgical techs, radiology and CT techs, medical laboratory scientists, sterile processing technicians, and physical and occupational therapy staff. Same recruiter model and the same credentialling file standard we hold nursing to.
Allied health staffingABA: BCBA and RBT staffing
Behavior analysts and behavior technicians
Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Registered Behavior Technicians for ABA clinics, schools and in-home programs. More than half of US counties have no practicing BCBA, so we screen on supervision capacity and state licensure rather than certification alone.
ABA staffingPermanent placement
Direct hire for clinical staff and nursing leadership
Staff nurses, charge nurses, nurse managers, directors of nursing and clinical educators. We screen for whether someone will still be there in two years, because a hire who leaves in four months costs more than the vacancy did.

How it works
What actually happens after you call
We find out what you need
For clinicians: specialty, license states, the shift you want, the pay you need, and whether you will float. For facilities: the unit, the ratio, the start date and the real reason the role is open.
We build the file properly
License verification, certifications, immunization records, skills checklist and references collected once and kept current. A complete file is why submissions get looked at in 48 hours instead of sitting in a queue.
We stay on it after you sign
The same recruiter handles your extension, your timesheet problem and the conversation with the manager when the assignment is not what was described. No handoff to an account team you have never spoken to.
IT and tech recruitment
We staff the systems behind the bedside
Healthcare is the main business. A hospital also runs on an EHR, a data warehouse and a network, so we keep a technology desk for the roles that keep those working, plus clinical research and general software and data roles.

In their words
Nurses, allied staff and the managers who hire them
We were running eight vacancies on nights and burning our core staff on overtime. PNG filled six in under three weeks and every one of them finished the contract. That last part is what other agencies never manage.Marcus Canton, RNNurse Manager, Med-Surg
Femi told me the taxable rate, the stipend and the cancellation clause on the first call. No other recruiter did that. I took a lower gross with PNG because I knew exactly what I was signing.Jessica Stiles, BSN, RNTravel Nurse, ICU
I went per diem after my second child and thought that meant giving up good units. My recruiter kept me on the same two floors for eighteen months so I never lost my footing with the teams.Sue Clark, LPNPer Diem, Long Term Care
About us
Built by people who have worked the floor
PNG Solutions was founded by clinicians and recruiters who were tired of watching good nurses get placed badly. Contracts that read differently once you arrived. Recruiters who stopped answering after the start date. Rates quoted as one number that turned into another.
We built the agency we wanted to work with. That means one recruiter who owns your file, terms written down before you commit, and a straight answer when the answer is no.

Questions
Things people ask before they call
How long are travel nursing assignments?
Most travel contracts run 13 weeks. We also book 8 week and 26 week assignments, and extensions are common where the unit and the nurse both want one. If you need something shorter, per diem and block booking are usually the better route.
Do I need a compact nursing license?
No. A compact license widens your options and shortens onboarding considerably, but we place nurses in single state markets such as California and New York as well. If you are applying for a new state license we will tell you realistically how long that board is taking.
How is travel nurse pay actually structured?
Your weekly gross is normally a taxable hourly rate plus non-taxable stipends for housing and meals, and you only qualify for the stipends if you genuinely maintain a tax home and duplicate expenses. We show you the split rather than quoting one blended number, because the blended number is what causes problems at tax time.
What does credentialling involve?
License verification, BLS and ACLS or PALS as the unit requires, immunization and titer records, a physical, a drug screen, a background check, a specialty skills checklist and two clinical references. We collect it once and keep it current so the next submission does not restart the process.
What happens if an assignment gets canceled?
Cancellation terms are in the contract before you sign, including any guaranteed hours and the notice period. If a facility cancels, your recruiter starts on replacements the same day. We will also tell you upfront which facilities have a history of canceling.
We are a facility. How quickly can you submit candidates?
For specialties we staff regularly, usually within 48 hours, because the files are already complete. Harder requirements such as CVICU nights in a single state license market take longer, and we will say so at the outset rather than going quiet.
